Many mistakes being made, but people continue to misuse the Web because they don't know how much better it could be! And may not have overt measures and theory of what to measure.

What is needed:

•  Less frames
  
  
•  Less graphics
  
  
•  Readable text
  
  
•  More standards/consistency, inc. backwards compatibility
  
  
•  Acknowledgement of the multimedia fallacy
  
  
•  Looking cool does not equate to being cool
  
  
•  Pages should work, to support users doing their tasks
