The National Issues Forum town meeting will be at the Mt. Nittany Middle School on February 26 (Saturday) from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.

This is a very important issue (Internet Censorship). To encourage IST-110 students to become involved -- I will accept participation in lieu of your Social Aspects project.

If you wish to take advantage of this offer, you must:

• Register using www.personal.psu.edu/staff/g/m/gms/cya/forum/forum.htm by no later than February 24. You will also get other registration information.
• Attend the complete Forum - registering with Dr. Santoro while there.
• Submit a 2-3 page essay describing what you learned about Internet censorship during the Forum. The due date is the same as the Social Aspect project, but you are welcome to turn it in earlier.

Your essay will be graded, and that grade used in lieu of the Social Aspects project.
